Payment,Shipping and Returns Policies
There is only 1 method of payment for items purchased on our site.
You can just transfer the funds using your own EFT System or you can Deposit the funds Directly into our Bank Account at your local Branch of our Bank.
Only Exact amounts are accepted when making Cash Deposits.
Please remember to add 50 cents for every R100 deposited to cover Deposit Fees.

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's’ such as weight, size, destination, and price.To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping basket, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges of which you would be notified of prior to us sending off your item/s. Due to price fluctuation on electronics, Russ-AL PC's can not always offer price protection on already shipped products. Oversized products such as printers, scanners, LCDs, and TVs are safer to be shipped via a Courier of your choice and may be subject to additional shipping fees. Russ-AL PC's will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Russ-AL PC's is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Russ-AL PC's bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
There is only 1 method of Shipping your Goodies at present.
Normal Parcel Post - takes 2 - 4 days, and we charge what the Post Office Charges us plus R2 for Packaging costs.
Any other method of Shipping that you require can be arranged by Contacting us.
WARRANTIES & RETURNS
All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the total transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card, or MonsterPay account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.
Defective or Dead on Arrival products will only be accepted in original packaging with the original invoice.
The Client is responsible for shipping cost on warranty items.
Warranty period is calculated from original date of purchase.
VERY IMPORTANT: NO WARRANTY ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL INVOICE, PACKAGING,MANUALS, ACCESSORIES AND SOFTWARE, OR IF NOT ENCLOSED IN ITS ANTI-STATIC PROTECTION.
Software, media, consumables and cartridges do not carry any warranty.
Unfortunately no cash refunds will be issued for a product that is defective.
All warranties are covered by the manufacturers unless otherwise stated.
The following will result in a product declared warranty being null and void :
Physical Damage on the product, Burn marks on the product, Missing serial number or any other original labels.
Items such as CPUs that have overheated due to incorrect use of fan or Over clocking - No exceptions will be made.
Items such as main boards that have been damaged by incorrect use of Bios upgrades/over clocking/modifications or damaged Pins
Items that have been mishandled/damaged due to Power surges/Brown outs or struck by lightning.
Items that have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way.
Items such as hard disk drives, memory, processors even if they are defective that are not returned in an anti-static bag or in the original packaging.
